All rates shown by the estimator are estimates subject to advisor confirmation, eligibility, and underwriting. Nothing on this site is an offer of insurance, a quote, or a guarantee of acceptance, pricing, or benefits. Final terms are confirmed by a licensed advisor.
State availability
Plan design and availability vary by state. Some states route to a rate request rather than an instant estimate, and some states offer a MightyWELL membership bundle. The MightyWELL option is a membership bundle with unshared amounts; it is not a guarantee of comprehensive insurance, fixed benefits, or guaranteed acceptance. Networks are handled by advisors separately.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the estimator for its intended purpose and not to abuse, automate, or attempt to circumvent the rate-limit counters. We may limit the number of calculations and provider checks per visitor.
No warranties
The site and estimator are provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranty that results are error-free, complete, or applicable to your circumstances, and we disclaim liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms and the estimator as plans, states, and availability change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
