FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

Is the estimate a final price?

No. Rates shown are estimates subject to advisor confirmation, eligibility, and underwriting. Your advisor reviews the details with you before anything is finalized.

What information do I need to get an estimate?

Your age, gender, and tobacco status, your state, and whether you want to include a spouse and up to six dependents. You don’t enter a ZIP code or employment details.

Why does my state show different options?

Plan availability and design vary by state, so your estimate reflects what's offered where you live. If instant estimates aren't available for your state, a licensed advisor can build a personalized rate for your household.

What is the tobacco adjustment?

A single $50 household adjustment is applied once to your plan when any adult in the household uses tobacco.

Can I check whether my doctor is in network?

You can search for a provider by name with the provider search. We identify the provider location only; a licensed advisor confirms network participation. We never fabricate “verified in network” results.

How do I get a confirmed rate?

After your estimate, talk with a licensed advisor. They confirm eligibility, plan details, and provider availability for your household and state.

Still have questions?

A licensed advisor can walk through your estimate and your state’s options.
